Reactivate a dormant account

Steps
- Open Savings → Dormant & unclaimed.
- Find the account and confirm the member has asked for it to be reactivated.
- Select Reactivate and check the review sheet.
What happens next
The account becomes Open again. Dormant accounts keep their balance and keep earning. Nothing is forfeited.
Common problems
"An unclaimed balance can only be escheated against a statutory reference"
Escheatment is handled by Bridge operators under your country's law; it can't be done from this screen.
