Process a withdrawal and handle notice periods

Steps

1. On the member’s profile, select More → Withdraw. The quote shows what is available, account by account.
2. Choose the account and enter an amount up to the available figure. For fixed deposits before maturity, the penalty is shown, e.g. “Withdrawing now costs a 2.00% penalty (₦600.00).”
3. For accounts that need notice, select Give notice instead; the date funds become available is calculated for you.
4. Check the review sheet and select Pay. Amounts above your society’s limit go to Approvals for a second officer.

What happens next

Accounts with notice given are listed with their available date; select Pay out on or after that date.
